Finally checked out Pekoe & Bean at the Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting this morning. The cucumber finger sandwich , St. Patrick’s mini cupcake, and lavender earl grey iced latte tea was refreshing. Definitely coming back for another elegant time. Since D12 Café went under, Downtown Oak Park Avenue needs a central perk of its own and I think Pekoe & Bean is just the ticket. Perfect timing.
