My husband Geoffrey HATES CARROTS 🥕. His parents made the mortal mistake in taking advantage of a Sam’s Club deal on carrot baby food when he was little. The bulk buy resulted in a disdain and lifelong vow to never let the vegetable ever enter his body again. But kudos to @chefjoseandres for his amazing charity @wckitchen’s work during this #coronvirus pandemic. Highlights from @eileahpenelope’s #2ndbday today. Had some big milestones: her car seat became forward facing and her crib was transformed into a toddler bed. It sucked that due to the #stayathome mandate to stem #coronavirus we had to postpone her party and couldn’t give her the custom cake we had ordered, but nothing could take down this day. We will probably look back at this birthday as one of our favorites because it was simple; we had the essentials: each other. 💟 •
